Our 12-channel heat treatment units offer unparalleled performance and flexibility, catering to diverse industrial needs. Both variants operate on 3×380,400,420V at 50Hz (other voltages available) and support multiple voltage outputs (30V, 60V, 84V). Equipped with Shinko controllers, ER45 thermocouples, and advanced insulation (temp. class F/H), they ensure precise heat management up to 1150°C.
The first unit delivers 90kW at 100% duty cycle and weighs 508kg, while the second unit provides standard duty performance with a robust 610kg build. Compact (H1350 × W1100 × D800mm) and highly durable, these units are ideal for critical heat treatment operations.
